Refunds & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with any product you purchase from and we have developed this refund and exchange policy to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange product or to obtain a refund in the appropriate circumstances.


What is a defective product?

A product is defective if:

  • a) It is not what you ordered;
  • b) It is past its expiry date;
  • c) It is spoiled; or
  • d) It contains foreign bodies.

Can I return a defective product?

Yes, you may return a defective product. We will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund.   

How do I return a defective product?

Please contact us on [email protected] or on 8008282, to let us know you have received a defective product and advise whether you wish to receive a replacement item or a refund. We will then arrange a courier to collect the defective item from you.  You must return the item together with any promotional or free items that came with the item and all outer and inner packaging and labels that came with the item. Once we confirm that the item is defective, we will send you a replacement, or process a refund of both the item price and the delivery charges, whichever option you have chosen. Where your delivery was of more than one item, and you are keeping some of the items, you will be refunded a proportionate amount of the delivery charge. Processing of a refund or replacement may take up to 15 working days.


Currently no return/exchange is allowed due to COVID-19


Nothing in our Return Policy affects the consumer rights to which you are entitled under the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of United Arab Emirates.
