Qualified and well-trained personnel constantly monitor every stage of operation in line with precise standards. The sorting and packaging division employs world-class processes, ensuring a healthy and flavour-sealed product ready to be deployed to the various markets.

Our steadfast commitment towards ensuring the highest standards in manufacturing has won us a host of accolades for consistency in product quality, of which the main one is complete ISO Certification (IMS – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP and OHSAS 18001).

When Alokozay Tea branched out into the tea market in 2003, we first went in search of the world’s finest tea gardens. After all, in accordance with our steadfast mission to always give customers the best, only the best teas would do. Seven years on, the company now works with the finest tea growing nations from Sri Lanka, India, Kenya, Vietnam to China and unsurprisingly, produces some of the world’s number one teas.

Today, we have fully-fledged branch offices in over 43 countries located in the Middle East, Central Asia, Asia, Europe & Africa regions. Each branch office has its own extensive distribution network, with an expert base of over 5,000 committed and professional staff.

The Canadian branch is the Regional headquarters for North America and is based in Mississauga, ON
