Rules & Regulations

  1. The SPIN TO WIN campaign will begin on October 11, 2023, and end on October 19, 2023.

  2. Everyone is welcome to participate in the SPIN TO WIN Game. To spin the wheel, participants must provide their name, email address, and a valid mobile number. After submitting these details, they will receive a one-time password (OTP) on their registered mobile number to play the game.

  3. Once the rotating spin wheel stops, the prize you have won will be indicated. You will be given a unique coupon code to redeem your prize. Furthermore, instructions for claiming your prize will be sent to your registered email address.

  4. Multiple entries from the same person are not allowed, and the system will prevent using the same email ID and mobile number for subsequent attempts.

  5. Existing users should use their registered email ID and mobile number. Using a different mobile number with the registered email ID or vice versa will prevent you from redeeming your prizes.

  6. Entries only from the UAE will be considered, and individuals from other countries will not be eligible.

  7. The 'spin and win' mechanism randomly selects all participants winning prizes.

  8. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit or transferred or assigned to another person.

  9. Participants agree that their personal information may be used for AlokozayShop promotional activities, such as newsletters, WhatsApp, SMS, etc. However, you can opt-out if you want to avoid receiving these communications.

  10. The AlokozayShop reserves the right to modify the prizes and the Spin to Win campaign duration and disqualify participant coupon codes at any time without prior notice.
