How do I return an item?

To return an item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +971503147448. Make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes any free items you received. For carton orders, all items must be returned in full (no partial returns allowed). Once the item is collected and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing may take 3 to 14 days.
